Shipping policy

Processing takes 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. If you order before 3 your order will be shipped same day, after 3 your order will be shipped out next day. Saturday-Sunday orders won't be shipped out until Monday. Once your order arrives to the shipping facility and a tracking number is provided, Plugged by Renee is no longer responsible for your order. If package is lost or stolen you MUST contact the shipping facility first.
