Terms of service

Here at Plugged by Renee we pride ourselves on great customer service, because of that once an order is received we immediately begin processing that order. If you have ANY changes you MUST contact us immediately after placing order! Once your order is ready to be shipped out you cannot make any changes. 

If your item is damaged you must report it to us within 48 hours of package arrival. If you have received an incorrect item or have a missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
